The following participant can benefite of the reduced price :

  • Participant coming from Low or Middle Income countries (As per OCDE Classification. Follow this link to access the complete list).
  • Student (the student participants must submit proof of enrollment at an educational institution).
  • Selected speaker (Parallel sessions speakers, round table speakers, workshop speakers,  poster authors, Global Health Lab participants can register under this category).


All conference attendees, including speakers, must register and will receive an official conference name badge. Every attendee must wear her/his official conference badge to access the sessions. Conference fees include:

  • Access to all sessions
  • Access to the exhibition area
  • Coffee breaks and Lunch
  • Welcome reception on Monday 23 March 2020 at 6.00PM
  • Conference material
  • Final printed programme

The registration fee DOES NOT include any insurance for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to Conference participants (or their accompanying persons) during the Conference.


Visa Requirements

Attendees bear the sole responsibility for the organization and acquisition of any individual visa requirements. GHF attendees who require a valid entry visa for Switzerland must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. To determine how much time is needed to process a visa application, attendees should contact the nearest embassy or consulate in their home country. The organizers will not directly contact embassies or consulates on behalf of visa applicants.



A confirmation of registration will be sent. Participants will have to bring the confirmation letter to the registration desk at the Forum venue when collecting their documents.


Payment Conditions

Payment is due upon receipt of the confirmation email with the invoice. Unpaid registrations will be cancelled after 14 days.


Cancellation Conditions

  • Cancellations must be made in writing to the congress secretariat by email (, fax (+41 22 830 84 85)
  • Cancellations received prior to 28 February 2020 are subject to a 100 CHF cancellation fee (excl. VAT of 7.7%) to cover cancellation costs.
  • Cancellations received after 1 March 2020 will not be reimbursed.


Registration at the venue

The Registration desk at the CICG Conference Centre opens on Tuesday, 24 March 2020 and will stay open throughout the Forum. Distribution of Forum documents and bags cannot be guaranteed for those registering on-site. Thank you for arriving as early as possible for on-site registration.
